This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, a cozy bar area, and a lovely restaurant. On my first stay, staff provided plug adaptors, which I appreciated. I highly recommend it! I'm coming back for Xmas.

the food choices were excellent, they catered for my food intolerance, and the staff were super friendly n helpful. the double room was really comfy and clean, we had a peaceful stay. the place had a lovely atmosphere with charming decor n good vibes. breakfast options were great, especially the continental one, plenty to choose from. overall, an enjoyable experience for couples!

there was low shower pressure and the toilet didn't flush well in our room. also, i noticed some things were a bit worn in the public areas, which could use some touch-ups.

we stayed in this pub for 6 nights and loved it! the atmosphere was cosyy and welcoming. breakfast was cooked to order and had loads of options. the staff were super friendly, especially the breakfast crew. our room was comfy and clean, and they moved us straight away when we had a small issue.

but we had a weird smell in the first room, and one night our shower flooded the bathroom floor.

Had a nice night here! The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfy, which was fab for a quick stay. The bar had some good beers, but I was bummed when they ran out of ale early. Breakfast could've been better too, took ages for simple stuff.

I found this quirky hotel such a lovely spot for a weekend getaway, with the enchanting ravensknowle park just a short stroll away and the fascinating north light gallery only about 6 km away, perfect for a leisurely walk through the city streets. the staff was incredibly friendly, making my solo travels feel welcoming and comfortable. it’s a cozy place that just feels like home right after your city explorations, but i did notice a slight odor in my room which could use a little attention.
